This is the prime property on the estate and is normally occupied by the owner from Nov-Feb. The house is full of antiques and therefore children under 14 are not allowed. There are three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining rooms, large kitchen and enormous balcony and patio areas to enjoy a sunset BBQ.
There is a swimming pool for all the guests on the estate to enjoy. At the pool area there is a BBQ with a covered eating area. Also a two story building that is great for bird watching....This is the prime property on the estate and is normally occupied by the owner from Nov-Feb. Lake Atitlan is one of the most beautiful places on earth and Santa Cruz is on the northern shore of the lake. One looks across the lake to the three volcanoes that are to the south and it is unbelievably stunning.
Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and there tuk tuks up to the village. One has to walk a fair amount in Santa Cruz to the local restaurants but the paths are safe and stunning.
Getting around
It is easy to jump onto a boat and go and discover the other villages around the lakeshore.
