The property is beside the lake with a small beach.Outfitted with queen size beds, television, and an en suite vanity bathroom with amazing showers. We also include personal laundry service and daily cleaning at no cost Breakfast is served to you at your suite table along side the garden. We offer a varied breakfast and try to cater to your tastes. There is a small fridge and coffee and tea and agua pura is provided for you. There ia a coffee maker in your room

Luna Azul, 6 days in Paradise.
I stayed at this place in San Pedro for the first 6 days I was at Lake Atitlan. I couldn't have chosen a better one from which to begin my 5 week stay. The location is close to the Pana dock so getting there after arriving was fast. Erin welcomed me and made me feel comfortable from the first moment until the last. She even took 2 hours to give me an informative tour of San Pedro on Day 2. She is well connected locally and full of solid ideas on how to spend your time, whether you are looking to party or just looking to relax as I was.
I also had a nice conversation with Solina the owner, who, along with Erin, has created a charming oasis.
Another plus for this location is the delicious breakfasts each morning, the adjacent beach that allowed me to have a morning dip each day, and the easy laundry service.
I highly recommend Luna Azul. You will appreciate each day you spend there!

An oasis, away from the busyness of San Pedro
Luna Azul is a lovely place to wake up in, with its lovely little garden space and comfortable chairs to curl up in with your morning coffee (and a fantastic breakfast). Solina and Erin run a great little B & B and take obvious pride in what they do, trying to ensure your stay meets all your expectations. They provided excellent advice regarding where to go for meals, massage, renting kayaks or booking tours; like having access to a local travel agency without leaving home. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay there. It was always nice to leave behind the busyness of San Pedro and take the short 5 minute walk back to the quiet retreat of Luna Azul.

Excellent - Luna Azul has it all!
I spent 5 wonderful day at Luna Azul. The hospitality provided by Erin was unmatched. She helped orient me to San Pedro. The location away from the center of town was wonderful. It still was only about 5-10 minute walk to town. There is a little beach right outside the building, perfect for swimming. I loved being able to make coffee in my room as I am an early riser which brings me to the incredible breakfasts that were provided...fresh fruit galore and delicious omelettes, waffles, and local foods...absolutely delicious every single day.. The garden aea is serene and inviting. There is shade or sun. A refrigerator and fresh water are available for your use. There is also a very reasonable honor bar for beverages available. You just can't beat this place....just make sure you don't book my room when I want to go back. That's all I ask. P.S. online communication with Erin and Solina was excellent.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!
WOW! I don't know where to begin.You can book here on Tripadvisor under vacation rentals! I could not imagine staying anywhere else on Lago Atitlan and I would return in a heartbeat, and plan to. First, Solina is an amazing person and an amazing host. I felt immediately comfortable and at home. The location is perfect. A minute walk to a beach with a fabulous view and less than 5 minutes on foot to San Pedro. The grounds were charming with beautiful gardens, birds singing, lovely hand painted murals and other artistic touches throughout. My room was spacious and sparkling clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, and tons of hot water for showering. Soft, thick towels and high end bath products were provided. I had a coffee machine in my room and 24/7 access to good quality coffee, tea, and purified water. The WIFI was fast and the best connection I had in Guatemala. My days started with a huge, delicious, gourmet breakfast accompanied by freshy squeezed juice. My laundry was done for me (and it smelled incredible). Not only was my stay wonderful in every way, the value was incomparable for what is offered. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will be very happy you did! Safe travels.
