A nice short walk to San Pedro La Laguna and also the pueblo San Juan. Easy to get transportation anywhere from here. Outfitted with queen size in the master and single bed in a smaller room. This is great for an extra person or child. Its has a fully equipped kitchen, stunning fireplace in the living room for cozy evenings and a big marble bathroom with soaking tub. Large LCD television with HDMI connection in the master bedroom and fast internet connection.The patio has a grill and an amazing view of Lake Atitlan. Which makes an afternoon or evening bbq such a delight. There is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine off the patio. The entire Casita is all tiled and very clean!
The large windows bring in the morning sunshine. We offer daily cleaning, firewood and a star...

Dreamy and Magical Bed and Breakfast!
My partner and I were smitten with La Luna Azul! We stayed in one of the suites and felt absolutely comfortable, safe and taken care of. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and there was a great variety throughout our stay. We had a clean room everyday, along with clean towels and sheets. They restocked our toiletries a handful of times, and we stayed only 8 days, we so appreciated it! Erin, Rosenda and Solina, you guys make an amazing team. Your place feels like a sanctuary, offering some peace and quiet in a magical butterfly filled garden. The location is perfect, near restaurants, the docs and it's only 20 mins from San Juan. We loved our quiet street and we are both excited to come back and stay here again.

Gorgeous, impeccably-kept private lakeside apartment!
Their Casita is the best place I have stayed in all of Central America (and I get around!). It is tucked away like a little slice of lakeside heaven, close enough to San Pedro that you can join in on the nightlife or jump to San Juan for the day, but out of the way enough that it feels private and homey. Highlights include the well-stocked kitchen with every essential you could think of (Tea! Milk! Honey! Beer!), the private deck with blossoming flowers and a lake view, the fireplace with plenty of firewood, and the soaking tub with candles and bubble bath. Erin was incredibly helpful with logistical planning, ready with fun suggestions for things to do around town, and felt like an old friend from Day 1. I would absolutely definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lake views on the edge of town
After staying a couple nights in the BnB (which had fantastic breakfast!) we moved upstairs to the fabulous casita for two weeks while we stayed in San Pedro relaxing and taking Spanish lessons (we highly recommend the Orbita school). The casita was very comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us - it would be great for couples, close friends, or a small family. The main bedroom is really large with a comfortable bed (nice new bedding, a fan and huge bathroom with a big tub/shower. Keep in mind there is no door between the master and bath so you need to be comfortable with whomever you are staying with. The other bedroom would be good for a single person or child (just has a curtain door) and I found it wonderful for reading and relaxing. There is on demand hot water for the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and everything you need to cook. There are so many great things about this place: fireplace (with lots of wood provided), terrace with perfect lake views, big windows though out, swimming beach just steps away, washer, very secure entrance, and the best manager - Erin. She was icing on the cake at Luna Azul! She checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed, took us on a tour of the market so we could get the best produce and prices, and gave us tons of recommendations about San Pedro. We found the casita at Luna Azul to be the most luxurious place in the area and a great value. If you're coming to relax and/or take spanish lessons stay here - it's just close enough to town (5 min walk) but far enough away from the parties and backpackers. Great place to stay in San Pedro
This is a very nice house with a private patio. Clean and homey The Mayan couple who work there and the manager Erin are amazingly helpful and gracious. Just a short walk to the Mayan Villages of San Pedro and San Juan. Also not far from the gringo crazy and where the launchas leave to visit other pueblos along the lake. I felt secure and very comfortable there. It was quiet which is a treat in Central America. They just opened a year ago and are very hospitable. Great view of the lake and beautiful garden. I highly recommend staying here

Private Paradise In San Pedro
My husband and I were on our honeymoon traveling through Guatemala. After visiting the rustic villages around lake Atitlan, we waned to a private space where we could relax and put up our feet. We found Luna Azul on line and after reading the raving reviews it was a no brainer!
Everything was perfect. We couldnt have asked for better hosts. The Casita was so beautifully decorated. A Candle lit soak in the tub was our first night in. With a comfortable bed, furniture and dining room with fireplace we were all set!
There were plenty of restaurants in San Pedro so we didnt do much cooking,but the kitchen was equipped for anything we wanted to make if we did.
The patio is where we spent most of our time. The view of the lake was breath taking. Everything from the description was right on. This Private Paradise is away from the busy town,but a short walk to the action. Perfect location, perfect hosts, perfect week! Highly recommend Luna Azul it made our honeymoon even more memorable. Thank you Solina Ventura, Rosenda and Erin we will be back:)
