Our four double bedroom (one of which is internal) airconditioned villa with private swimming pool and also access to the large community swimming pool is probably one of the best at Edificio Residencial Aljamar as it has a very large terrace. Being situated on the corner of the entrance to the Edificiio and opposite the large community swimming pool which our guests can also enjoy the sun is enjoyed on the villa terrace from early morning to evening most of the year round. (Note the pools at this Edificio are open in the summer months and usually not open Nobember through to end February). It is on three different levels with the upper level accessed by the main entrance having a very large and well appointed kitchen, a large L shaped lounge/dining area and a toilet. The place isn't ideal for children or in an ideal location the hill isn't a pleasant walk. The villa itself didn't leave the best first impression as we were greeted with cockroaches. I know it's Spain and it can't be helped, however to find them...More

This was an ideal place to being our trip to Southern Spain. Condo was great for our group of 4. We all stayed on the condo's 2nd floor, which was below the "living area" where the kitchen and balconies were. Owners are very helpful. Marion...More

About the neighbourhood
Our owner direct villa is closely situated near to Burriana Beach on the east side of the old Andalucian town of Nerja. We chose this location to build this property when it was built in 2003 as it is situated in a green belt area and provides a peaceful zone to relax and enjoy a holiday or longer stay. Being so close to the beach and shops not all of our guests hire a car which although not essential is probably useful for touring and shopping etc. If you like the sun this villa is ideal for you as the sun is on the terrace from early morning to night time. Getting around
The villa is well placed and very close to Burriana Beach. The local supermarkets of Mercadona and SuperSol are also closeby. If you have not hired a car or indeed do not wish to use the car in the high season as the centre of town is very busy then you can take the local bus into town - the bus stop is within 3 minutes walk from the villa. We provide maps and contained in our local information pack there are references to the wider region i.e. places that you might wish to visit especially if you are staying for a longer period i.e. historical cities like Granada and Malaga and two waterparks.

Most of our guest arrive by air into Malaga airport if they are coming by air. Others arrive by train into Malaga train station or are driving here directly from their destination. We can offer to book our regular local taxi team to collect you from and deliver you back to the airport at a much reduced cost than if you were to hire a taxi from the airport itself. If it is a group of more than 4 than a minibus can be arranged. If you are wishing to hire a car then we can put you in direct contact with our family member employ Pablo for this which is a great service as the car/s is delivered to the airport for your immediate collection on arrival and you deliver it back to the airport when you leave.
