During the covid-19 outbreak new enhanced cleaning policy has been introduced to ensure the safety of any guests. There will be a break of at least 3 days between the end of one booking and the start of the next booking, during this time the apartment will be fully aired. The apartment will be cleaned with detergent and then appropriate areas will be sanitized. All high touch areas will be sanitized between stays. All linen and crockery will be washed at a higher temperature between guest stays. Available in the apartment will be hand wash and soap, disinfectant spray, antiseptic hand gel and wipes. Bedroom one is a double, with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom two can be used as a 6 foot double or two singles, and has plenty of storage. Bedroom three can be used as an additional lounge or a single. Parking space available for one car, other paid parking is available locally. The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, integrated fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Also, there is a kettle, toaster and microwave. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower nd a double basin. The historical heart of King's Lynn is a short walk away, with its cobbled streets, medieval buildings and other places of interest. Situated close to the River Great Ouse and the centre of King's Lynn, offering a good selection of restaurants, shops, entertainment and pubs, all within walking distance. King's Lynn is a busy town with a variety of free and paid entertainment most weekends during the summer months. Along the coast is the seaside of town of Hunstanton, with its sandy beaches and family attractions. Further along the coast are the beautiful north Norfolk beaches, RSPB wildlife nature reserves and several stunning National Trust properties, such as Holkham, Oxburgh and Blickling . The Sandringham Estate is close by boasting many woodland walks. This accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility issues. More

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is in the centre of the town, a variety of restaurants are within close proximity, as well as a cinema and theatre. The local tourist centre is within walking distance. King's Lynn is an historical town celebrating Heritage Day in September and Hansa Day in May. The river hosts F1 water skiing in August. There is a free open air music and street event in July, and a classical music event in July also. Local guides host walk around the Medieval part of town. Sandy beaches are plentiful within a short drive or by the local coast hopper bus service.
Getting around
The accommodation has parking for one car. Paid parking is close by. The bus and train station are within a 15 minute walk. Local buses have links between Norwich and Peterborough, and along the North Norfolk coast. King's Lynn has a train service to Cambridge and London.
