Before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with information on directions and key collection. A member of staff will be available to answer any questions regarding your stay. Or if required we can suggest things to see or visit in the surrounding area. The walking is impressive and extensive around us, including The Nar Valley Way, planned routes are also available.

What a beautuful location overlooking the village pond and next to the little village play area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed including robes and slippers for the wonderful Spa room. Excellent 👌

By car, from Downham Market,head east toward the village of Stradsett. In Stradsett turn south (right) following the signs for Thetford on the A134. Passing thru the village of Wereham you will come to a sign for Boughton. Turn left onto Stoke Rd. Follow the road to find the village pond. Grassmere is located next to the children's play area overlooking the pond.

Downham Market is our nearest train station.
