Seagulls is an ideal self-catering holiday apartment for couples and small close-knit families. Located right on the beach overlooking the Bass Rock in the Scottish seaside town of North Berwick in East Lothian. The apartment is situated on Melbourne Place in a Victorian apartment building. Seagulls has plenty of charm with high ceilings, large bay window, corner window seating, plus is situated less than a two minute walk to the town centre, where you'll find a great selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, and Milsey beach is literally on your doorstep. Bedrooms: 1 x bedroom The master bedroom is bright and airy with views over North Berwick and has a double bed. There is also a single day bed which can be used at an additional cost. There is a flat-screen TV and games are provided to keep the family entertained. Bathroom: A modern bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, w/c, and wash hand basin. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, sink, washer dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the kitchen utensils you will require for a self-catering holiday. Dining area There is a family dining area with a dining table seating up to 6 guests. Suitability: Seagulls is one of our child friendly holiday properties. General: Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental. Please note public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day Book Now To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart Layout Front door leads into the hallway - from here on the one level is the living room straight ahead, the kitchen to your right. Down the hall on the left are the family bathroom and the bedroom. Sleeping Arrangements Double Bedroom - with 1 x double bed and additional 1 x standard size single bed suitable for children not under the age of 4, and adults. (sleeps 2) Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties. Exterior A traditional stone-built Scottish tenement. Local Area Beautiful Milsey Beach has a large tidal pool - ideal for children. Two golf courses both within walkable distance. Scottish Seabird Centre, sea trips, lobster hatchery, sailing, walking, cycling. North Berwick Harbour where you can enjoy locally sourced seafood at the Lobster Shack.
