There are 2 sets of bi fold doors from the dining area which can be opened up to 2 private, south facing sun terraces, also allowing families to eat alfresco and catch a few rays. Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms each with a double size bed Third bedroom has a single bedroom Open plan galley kitchen The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a electric hob and electric oven, fridge, washing machine, freezer (in utility cupboard), microwave and dishwasher Bathroom The bathroom has a large walk in power shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Garden There is a private decked patio to the front of the property and a lovely secure garden to the rear. There is a patio area, decked area with outside table and chairs for 4 guests, plus a BBQ. General: Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental. One parking space (right side) of the allocated parking area. If you are bringing more than one car please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day Book Now To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date.
