Wye Cottage is one of two self catering cottages at Penrheol Farm located 1 and half miles from the town of Builth Wells in Mid Wales. Lovely long walks are accessible from the cottage. Close to the Royal Welsh Show Ground, Brecon Beacons, Hay On Wye, and the Elan Valley Dams. Coarse fishing lake half a mile away.

This lovely converted former farm barn has exposed wooden beams, sleeps up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms all with wet rooms and are accessible for the disabled person. An open plan living area that incorporates a fitted kitchen, dining area and seating area with a wood burner for those cosy nights in.

Cosy, everyone really enjoyed the hot tub, great walking and lovely views. Very peaceful setting yet close to the little town.

The cottage is situated 5 minutes drive from the Royal Welsh Showground.Builth Wells is a market town with cinema, theatre, sports centre and indoor swimming pool. Lovely walks by the river Wye. fishing close by, the Elan Valley Dams, Hay on Wye and an excellent 18 hole golf course. Many other activities are catered for locally including Mountain Biking,Pony Trekking, childrens indoor play barn and walking in the Brecon Beacons. There are also very good eating places in the vicinity serving local produce.
