Holiday Rental House
The home overlooks the beautiful sunrise and sunset view on Lake Naivasha from the balconies. The hills beyond the lake give an amazing scenery for relaxation. We are in a quiet serene environment, about 1.5 Km away from Naivasha town, because of the twists and turns within the estate, it is a walking distance. The road from town is a little bumpy. Kathy's Place is at a residential neighborhood which means too loud noises or music is not allowed. It is however very ideal for low key house parties, (in the large spaced lounge, big verandas, balcony over looking the view of the Lake Naivasha or even BBQs in the open space on the compound. Groups and families have had great moments partying without loud music. Come enjoy the open balcony party time.

Hospitality at its best

I stayed at Cathy's place for a weekend with my guests and the experience was just amazing. The place itself has a warm and homely ambiance, not forgetting it is very baby friendly. I traveled with my kids and they really couldn't get enough of...More

Kathy's Place is in a serene residential environment : very ideal for relaxation, and quiet moments or low key group or family parties. In Naivasha town, there are food stores, NAIVAS Supermarket, Tuskys supermarket, Kenyan local foods eating places. Java and other hotels offering global foods within town and at the Lakeside. A visit to local and global tourist attraction sites includes :The Cresent Island, The Hells Gate National Park, Crater Lake, Hikes on Mt Longonot, Boat riding on Lake Naivasha Flower Farms among other exciting places.
Getting around
If wanting to use the Kenya Matatu (Public Transport), you may walk to town and catch one to these many places, or use taxi, (Kathy's Place has a a 7 seater vehicle designated for guests transport at an extra cost and with prior arrangement).
