This is a newly remodeled 3bed/1bath home conveniently located in Sherwood, AR. This is a great place for traveling nurses, those visiting family at the Little Rock Air Force Base, those needing a place near St. Vincent Hospital, or those coming into town for a concert.
We have ensured a safe environment during this troubling time throughout America by sanitizing with Lysol & bleach after every guest. We also provide bleach to every guest checking in as well.
Originally built in 1975, the cottage was renovated in 2020. The original architecture was maintained and modern conveniences were added such as stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile, and laminate countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, cable, flat-screen TVs, internet accessibility, and security system. About the neighbourhood
This is a quiet working-class community. We are right down the street from Pickthorne Park if you are bringing kiddos. There is also a small stream that is a really nice fishing spot.
Sherwood is a small quiet city nestled between Little Rock, AR & Jacksonville AR. This is a great spot if you want to be between the two to make commutes a lot easier if you want to go to the Air Force Base or if you'd like to go to the capital city, Little Rock.
