My property is located very close to all the major locations of Dharamsala. Place is well connected through public transport and is stone throw away from Sheela Chowk Bus stop. The property is newly constructed and has all the facilities to give you a feel of luxury. We believe in style and comfort of our guests
so unlike many others we haven't stuffed our bedrooms with multiple beds to accommodate more people. Alll room are furnished with high quality material which are at par with luxury hotels. You will get fully functional modular kitchen with hob and chimney where you can try out your culinary skills.In case you wish to just relax and not in mood to cook, we have a tie up with a nearby famous restaurant which will deliver sumptuous food at your room at reasonable price. Amazing stay - spacious rooms
The house is spaciously built and sparkling clean. The furniture and the rooms are done is just perfect way. It is a newly built house. I booked it for 12 people. The host is interactive and Mr. OP helped us with everything we asked for. I would highly recommended this place

Excellent and comfortable stay
One of the best stays in Dharamshala..The rooms are big and spacious and very comfortable..You also get access to kitchen and the view from the terrace in the morning and midnight is really amazing.. Definetly staying here again ..The host is also very helpful and was available even when we were reaching the place in the middle of night..

Wonderful Stay@ Dharamshala
Very pleasant stay. If you are planning to go Dharamshala should stay here without any second thought. We were sceptical as always opted hotels before but good experience staying here. First of all the owner of the house is very gentle and humble person. He made our stay comfortable, with his extended support, really amazing person and second was Ved, the boy managing the house. He maintain the house from cleaning till getting stuff procured from the local market. Nice and very polite.
This facility is very good for a stay, very clean, modular kitchen packed with stuff for a stay and very well maintained much better than big hotels. You have big balcony's from where you can view dhauladhar ranges and enjoy coffee. Also, kitchen is functional, we enjoyed Maggi along with tea/coffee. You have 2-3 options for home delivery as well - Dhasa kitchen, Shiva. Must recommended for families or big groups as you have so much space.
Five on five for this property, I wish could stay more.

Best Place to Stay for memorable experience
We went with our kids to send a few days. Its an amazing place to stay with big, spacious rooms and very nice location. You get an amazing view of the Dhauladhar range from the terrace as well as the balcony and there is ample space for kids to play around. Definitely staying here again whenever i get an opportunity to visit Dharamshala again. A special mention to the host Omprakash Ji and his wife for such nice hospitality and were available at all time to take care of the smallest of things to ensure our stay is comfortable! The kids had super fun playing with them and they were super nice!

A rivulet and Tea garden are stone's throw away. Chamunda temple and Brajeshwari temple are also nearby. Cricket stadium and Main market are 2-3km away. All major Tibetan Monestaries are close by.

This place is just 9km from Dharamsala Airport. You can hire a taxi from Airport. If you are driving down then you can straight away drive down
to my place at Sheela Chowk. There's enough parking place to cater for 5-6 cars.
