This spectacular Mallorquian style villa is situated in the countryside of Pollensa only a couple of minutes drive from the town centre and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Villa Juana is magnificent and spacious Mallorcan farmhouse renovated to cater for all your needs whilst on holiday and enjoying the relaxation in the sun. You can feel the history when you are passing along the dense open stone walls. From the first step through the gated entrance you can see original cobbled courtyard surrounded by flowers and olive trees. The owners tried to save the typical rustic style and make a fusion with a modern touch. The villa in total consist of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and it can accommodate 10 people in total. Two of bedrooms have double beds, the rest provide 6 single beds in the remaining 3 bedrooms. The dining room is full of natural sunlight through the large windows, large flat-screen TV, DVD and WIFI internet access throughout. The large terrace on the back with a wood dining table secures privacy and shade during the stay with fantastic mountain views whilst enjoying the warm late nights over the BBQ. Also there is a snooker table and table tennis in the garden area. Gardens are well maintained and surround the great shape of the swimming pool. A weeks holiday here. Chosen for it's peaceful rural location, easy driving to the coast and sensible allocation of bathrooms to bedrooms, Plus the pool. The finca has been tastefully and sympathetically restored. Furnished with antiques. However, it's always in the detail. The owners need...More
