    Can Colonya Gran was built approx. 300 years ago. It has belonged to my family since the XXth Century when my grandfather bought it and used it as an agricultural exploitation. The house has been renovated and adapted to the modern times keeping the original character and style of its architecture. The garden is situated in front of the house and is provided with grass, plenty of flowers and a nice pool. Under the garden there is a magnificent orange tree terracing. From the house and garden you can see the village of Pollença. Behind the house there is an “enzina” forest, which is a typical mediterranean forest. Further behind you can find the majestic mountains of Ternelles Valley, which belong to the famous Serra de Tramuntana.     Beautiful villa full of rustic charm.
