A must-stay if you visit Jedburgh
I stayed here in June 2022 with a group of friends & was blown away by the place. Multiple generous sized bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms with showers, a large kitchen with just about everything you could wish for & a spacious living room with a log burning stove. I really couldn’t have wished for more & it was certainly above my expectations. The location itself is also brilliant, right on the high street in the centre of Jedburgh so everything you need locally is just a walk away (including shops, restaurants, takeaways & pubs). Parking is on the street & there’s plenty of space. Certainly not your average Airbnb… 5/5 for me & I’m already looking forward to staying here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding holiday accommodation
Beautiful 4 bed, 4 bathroom holiday let right in the centre of historic Jedburgh. We stayed as a group of 6 with a 5 year-old and were more than happy with the place itself, and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do - just over an hour to Edinburgh and approximately an hour to Lindisfarne, but there were plenty of things to see and places to visit closer by, along with a multitude of options for rainy days indoors already provided at the flat. It’s obvious that the owners have thought everything through in terms of what is already there when you arrive right down to proper tea and coffee to enjoy after your journey! On the off chance that you want something that isn’t already there, it’s a 2 minute walk to a well stocked Co-op. Clean and cosy from the get-go with clear instructions on how to leave the place when checking out, an awesome place for a long weekend but we could easily have stayed a week. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Perfect for a family trip to the Scottish Boarders
We stayed at Craigowen the last weekend in May with a young family and we had a wonderful time. The house was spotless and had everything that we needed for a weekend break. The owners have thought of everything from bin bags and washing up liquid to jigsaws, dvds, local walk books and even wii games. All the bedrooms are a really good size, the beds were very comfortable and the main shower nice and powerful. The location is perfect for exploring Jedburgh and the Scottish boarders, lots of lovely restaurants and shops within walking distance. Can’t wait to visit again.

Amazing family getaway!! Perfect location, beautiful property!
I can honestly say that this is one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at. Not only is it in a stunning location with the abbey right on its door step but it’s such a unique and beautiful building. We stayed here, initially for 2 nights but it was so comfortable and relaxing we added an extra night on to our stay! The hosts Dan and Flic were so accommodating and have the most exquisite attention to detail when it comes to comfort. It’s very much a Tardis from the outside and we found a massive selection of board games and a huge comfy table to play on. We will definitely come back to this beautiful comfortable property, with easy on street parking and local shops, amenities & parks on your door step. The spacious rooms are complimented perfectly by the plush soft furnishings and log burner. There’s lots to do and places to eat around the area but if you need to cook the kitchen was kitted out with all the equipment needed for a stay (and more!) Our son (2.5yr old) loved being able to stand at the window and watch the people on the street below - it’s just absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. Comfortable Clean Cosy Great location Good parking

Zaireeka!
I went there with 9 friends to have a Zaireeka! Party (look it up, it's a lot of fun) and it's a lovely venue. Lots of space, plenty of bathrooms, clean, cosy and right in the middle of Jedburgh within easy walking distance of everything you need. There's a lovely traditional Indian restaurant just over the road and The Capon Tree restaurant is fifty yards away, superb food. Co-op just round the corner. We will be going again, to do much the same thing.

Trip away with family
Large comfortable accommodation over 3 floors. Well-equipped abd central location. Lots to explore locally and also into Northumberland and East Lothian. Good half hourly rail service to Edinburgh from Tweedbank which is about 20 minute drive from Jedburgh. Large xar park at station and good for a day trip to the capital. Hope to return in spring for rugby 7s.

A gem in the heart of Southern Scotland
We stayed as a family of 4 in this very impressive and frankly huge letting for a short stay in the wonderful Scottish Borders. It’s much bigger than a flat, it’s well equipt with lots of space for the family to not feel on top of each other. The kids loved how much space there was to play hide and seek. Location could not be better, with an array of lovely shops, butchers, tourist facilities and with trains to Edinburgh being easily accessible. Hope to stay again and visit the historic and beautiful ruins of Jedburgh church.

Wonderful venue for a family get together
This lovely spacious house - it feels like a house not an apartment, especially the lovely living room with log burner - was just perfect for me and my partner to get together with my sister and family for a birthday long weekend. It is absolutely HUGE, we could easily have got another two couples in without being on top of each other. We parked for free on the street outside and never touched the car again as everything is in easy walking distance, river, castle, abbey as well as a great co-op, baker butcher etc.. Fabulous restaurant the Capon Tree, try that if you can.
