Edingtonhill House provides a superb base for your holiday in the romantic Scottish Borders. A large seven bedroomed house, it offers spacious living accommodation – a master double room with a balcony and en-suite spa bathroom, a second master suite with en-suite spa bathroom, two further double bedrooms which have en-suite facilities and two family bedrooms. A new twin bedded room has been converted on the ground floor.

The heated indoor swimming pool and sauna provide space to relax whilst the upper lounge area above the pool hall provides children with a space of their own as well as additional sleeping accommodation. The large kitchen with oil fired AGA and adjacent dining room provide a warm and comfortable environment to eat and converse in the evenings before retiring to the lounge for drinks in front of the roaring log fire.

Just been to a hen weekend and what a fantastic time... house and surroundings are beautiful.... was on a big party and we basically filled it. Although most of the weekend was spent in the pool and hot tub... the house was clean and huge....More

Incredible!! The venue accommodates for every occasion and is family friendly. The house all in all is unbelievable! The view you get is out of this world i highly reccomend and i will definitely return for a family weekend!!

The price for a Friday and Saturday stay - weekend break - is £2295.00 outwith school holiday times. The weekday prices shown are for mid week breaks (Monday to Thursday) . A three day weekend break - Friday, Saturday and Sunday is £2495.00 outwith school holidays. 33% deposit on booking followed by the balance six weeks before arrival with a security deposit of £250.00. Please enquire for prices for shorter mid week breaks.
