Our apartment and complex is safe and secure with security code access at the front gate. The living area have French doors that open onto the balcony with plenty of natural light pour into the apartment. The apartment has all you need - Fridge, all cooking equipment, towels & double bed. Please know that the apartment is located on a main road with a bus that stops right in front of the complex. During winter months, there are 2x queen size blankets and heater provided.More

NOISE CONTROL -Please keep it to a minimum after 9.00 PM.If we receive complaints we reserve the right to take action. NO SMOKING -If found to have smoked in the property during your stay we will charge you $200 from your bond. INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR -If you are deemed to have behaved improperly we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without any refund. There are 2 sets of keys provided. If key is lost,$190 will be taken from your bond as a contribution to replace the locks.

Fantastic

A nice cosy newly refurbished apartment with new appliances, sleeps four comfortably and attached parking. We found it to be perfect for our family of four with two young children, with its central location with regards to supermarkets and the CBD in the vicinity.

We ended up seeking alternative accommodation, trip advisor never responded to our request to have the property shown as available again so we paid for a stay we didn't have.. The apartment was fine, but we could not stay in the heat of Perth without...More
