DO NOT RENT FROM ROAD SHARK RV. They will charge you a premium price for an RV, but they do not deliver on the amenities or the RV hardware promised on their sight. In fact, the RV you will receive from them will be inferior to just about any other RV out there. And the customer service is next to non existent if you have issues with your RV despite their concierge promise.
In our case, the RV we reserved was delivered without a working generator. So, in place of the built in generator, Road Shark threw a freestanding gas generator into the cab of the RV and sent us off to the desert with the promise it would be more than sufficient. Well, 10 hours later, we arrive at our destination, and guess what, the gas generator will barely run the AC in the RV for more than 20 minutes before overheating. None of the outlets in the RV worked, nor did the microwave or the satellite which we paid extra for. I contacted Road Shark hoping they might be able to address the situation, and they told me to check the oil on the generator and clean the air filter. Thank god I had tools on me and was not afraid to get my hands dirty. When it was still not working and I told them we as much, their text to me was: “If the generator keeps giving you problems then you can run the front engine for AC. It actually does an okay job cooling down. If you do this just keep an eye on the diesel level so you have enough to get you back to civilization haha” Literally…”haha.” I cannot stress to anyone reading this review how dangerous our situation was. 100+ temps in the middle of the desert in an RV that did not work and was certainly not what we rented. Needless to say, despite trying to make it work, we cut our trip short and when we arrived back in LA with the RV and I asked for refund, Road Shark went radio silent after picking the RV up. No response. No reply. No help. Silent.
There are much better RV rental services out there that are reputable. Use one of them. I can’t even imagine if anyone less healthy and strong than myself and my husband had been put in the situation we were in. It might have ended truly tragically.

Amazing RV Experience!!
Road Shark RV. Not much to say. The BEST in the BUSINESS!!!! Don't go anywhere else. Best quality RVs, services, and reasonable costs. Customer services is amazing. Choose wisely!!! Road Shark RV!!!!!

Awesome experience!
We booked the RV from Michigan. We flew to Los Angeles and started our adventure from Long Beach. We drove over 1,500 miles in 10 days passing through Santa Monica, Santa Barbara, Big Sur, Sequoia National Park, Death Valley, Joshua Tree, San Diego, and Laguna Beach. The communication was spot on from the day we booked to the day we returned: the staff was always responsive and helpful. The RV was perfect, very easy to drive. It was very clean and had everything we needed (and plus) to make our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend the Road Shark if you are looking for a RV experience in California.

Super rental !!!!!
We had a wonderful time in Johnny’s RV. We are a family of five from Norway. When we arrived in LA Johnny delivered the RV at our Hotel and gave us a guided tour around the vehicle. The girls just loved it! They are 8, 10 and 12 years old. We drove up to Morongo valley and continued to Joshua Tree Park. We stayed there for three days. We had everything we needed in the RV and it was spacious and comfortable. When our journey was over we met, Johnny and he drove us to the airport. That really made it comfortable for us. This rental was super! Johnny had a super helpful attitude trough all steps like booking, pickup, guiding, delivery etc.. We would definitely do it again and we can highly recommend Road Shark RV to others. Thanks Johnny!

Excellent customer service. Candid, transparent and fair.
Quality equipment and an excellent experience.
My wife, her sister and girlfriends had a wonderful time on a 'Girls Trip.'
