We could not have been happier with our stay at this gem! We have come often to the area over the last 5 years, but this is the first time we stayed for a whole week. First, location, location, location. This lovely little home feels secluded and serene while at the same time being mere minutes from all the wineries in Alexander Valley and Dry Creek Valley. Plus being close to the 128 making it easy to drive over to St Helena in Napa, and close to the 101 making it only 10 minutes to Healdsburg - and just as important - 10 min to Big John's Market for groceries. As if that wasn't enough, you also can walk 5 min into Geyserville to two of our fave restaurants Diavola's and Catelli's. We did all of these things! Next the house is so well designed. It's beautiful in side, and very comfortable for a couple for such a small space (We can imagine it would also work - maybe for a shorter visit? - with one or two people in the loft!). We woke up the first morning to look out all those big windows over the vines, with mist at the foot of the mountains, just a stunning setting. Took our breath away every morning. From the beginning the owners were easy to work with, quick to communicate and answer questions. Plus there was a problem with the dishwasher that they immediately had a plumber out to fix it. We were both working remotely so the other thing about the location near town is that both our cell services worked well (ATT and Verizon). The Verizon hotspot in the home worked perfectly for wifi for our work purposes (note there is no TV and the wifi will not support streaming - for us that helped us stay unplugged when we weren't working!). Wifi and cell service can be a challenge at some locations in Sonoma so this was a big plus for us. We just absolutely adored the cottage and the location. We are already looking at our calendar to figure out when we can come back!

Great stay and a nice quiet little property. Would definitely do it again.

The rental is not large, but it is very well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen is well organized. It has everything we needed and everything had its own place. Sunsets and sunrises over the vineyards were special. This was our second stay and we look forward to our next visit.

We had a great time and are already thinking about when to return!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end June 2019. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was absolutely perfect for a relaxing wine vacation. Geyserville’s downtown was a short 10 min walk from the property, and has a great restaurants and shops to enjoy after a day of wine tasting. The house was exactly as described in VRBO. The checkin process was so simple and had to double check to make sure I didn’t miss anything. The inside the house it was quaint and well furnished with everything you need. If you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy wine country, then this is it.

Perfect little weekend getaway from the bay area. Easy in and out, uncluttered and very tasteful. Good communication with the hosts. Beautiful views, sunsets, and night sky, fun to walk into town for dinner with a flashlight. There is a little woodpecker who seems to be in love with the house, but he doesn't start until mid-morning.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It had everything we needed and more. The house was very clean. The views were beautiful. Perfect distance to visit the local wineries.

This house is small, but it is well laid out and well equipped. The location could not be better. The rental is located in the middle of a vineyard with excellent sunrise and sunset views. The quaint town of Geyserville is a very short drive away, We had an excellent meal at Catelli’s one night and ate at home the other two nights of our stay while basking in the sunset. We hope to enjoy a return visit next summer.

We spent a week at our perfect cottage in Geyserville and contemplated a life living our dream. The cottage was exactly how we desire to live - minimally and elegantly. The architecture of the cottage is thoughtful and expertly crafted. It's light filled and airy with an abundance of windows and clearstory windows showing off the beauty of the surrounding wine country. The kitchen too, while minimal in square footage is a chef's dream with stainless steel appliances, commercial style gas range, zinc counters, professional all-clad style cookware, and simple, elegant flatware and china. Our long stay afforded us several opportunities to enjoy creating wonderful dinners at the cottage, taking full advantage of the Healdsburg farmers market and all the wonderful provisions of Wine Country. We even took advantage of the gas bbq grill in addition to the chef's range. As much as we enjoyed cooking and dining at the cottage, the proximity of the cottage to Geyserville also provided several wonderful dining and wine tasting experiences a short walk away. The village of Geyserville, much like the cottage, is tiny in its offerings, but provides exceptional dining and local wine tasting experiences. We loved the cottage and very much enjoyed Geyserville as well as our proximity throughout the Russian River, Dry Creek, and Alexander Valleys. Uma was a very gracious host. She was hugely accommodating, with a couple revisions to our dates and always very communicative - both prior to our arrival and during our stay, even with various details throughout the cottage to enhance our stay. We can't thank her enough for her accommodation. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to visiting our dream (and our memories) as often as possible!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Very convenient to downtown, lovely surroundings and super quality everything. We would love to return on our next trip out to SF.
