We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is just as shown beautifully refurbished and very well appointed. Even the smallest details have been thought through from drip coffee makers to espresso machines. After a day of wine tasting it was a treat to come back to the property and spend time lounging by the pool or soaking in the warm hot tub. There was also a bocce ball court, pool table, and workout equipment. Plenty for everyone to stay entertained. I only wish we had more time.!

We stayed here for a couple nights for a work offsite and had an excellent time. Due to our focus on work, we did not have an opportunity to sample all the amenities. The house was beautiful and the rooms comfortable. The team worked in the dining room and living room and were able to work easily with the abundance of space and TVs. I appreciated the separation between the kitchen and the living room, we could have caterers working in the kitchen not disturb the people working in the living rooms. The wireless was fast. The team was able to walk down the street to fun locations downtown. Communication with the owner was fast, accurate, and friendly. A truly great location, we will back.

Wowza!! Where to begin on this stay? Our family LOVED our stay at the recently renovated Hope Merrill House. This Victorian mansion surpassed our expectations as we took a chance as it just opened less than a month ago. The grounds were pristine and well cared for. We were all very tired when we arrived and immediately jumped into the pool with a view of the mountains and an on grounds vineyard! 15 yards from the pool our family picked delicious grapes off the vine (a personal highlight!) and then refreshed in their outdoor shower. The accommodations included a super comfortable bed and a modern kitchen with every appliance you could ever want. Our room was very clean and we had a view of the mountains. Being over six feet I personally loved the super long soft towels! Inside this house, each room seems to have its own unique personality and history. Eating in the dining room we felt like royalty. There are also several benches and areas to eat outside. By the way, the drive to the Hope Merrill house was filled with amazing views of different wineries (great day trip which we did on the way). We walked across the street and enjoyed a stroll among horses, goats and endless acres of vineyards. Suffice it to say that the Hope Merrill House hit it out of the ballpark with its very unique combination of modern amenities and old world royalty vibe. Don’t forget to take a walk in the neighboring town of Healdsburg with its cute shops, antique shops, and great restaurants (my favorite was the coffee shop called The Plank and recommend the cafe mocha and avocado toast). On our way home we stopped at a the Diavola Pizzeria just a minute down the road and had a delicious vegan pizza. We WILL be back to this gem of a stay! Thanks!

Impossible to accurately describe how gorgeous and perfect our stay was at the Hope Merrill House. Historic, but restored to better condition than most places we have ever stayed. The bedrooms-gorgeous, the bathrooms-gorgeous, the house-gorgeous, the pool-gorgeous, everything-gorgeous.
