Contemporary Balboa Peninsula property located 1 block from the sand, nearby restaurants, supermarket, shops, local parks, and the Newport Pier. Excellent location and nice neighbors too!
Our spacious one bedroom/one bathroom apartment is on the ground floor and includes a private front patio which is ideal for relaxing & dining outside. Features include bamboo wood flooring, surround-sound in the living area, high-speed WiFi, washer/dryer in the unit, filtered drinking water, granite counter-tops in the kitchen, and sandstone with tumbled marble tiles in the bathroom.
This beach property is stocked with all the comforts of home and ideal for a couple's getaway or a small family vacation.

Yes, this beach getaway looks just like the photos. Even better: the owner has thought of everything you may need during your visit. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, hair dryer, spice rack, well-stocked kitchen, grilling tools, games--even birthday candles! Oh, and it's just a block from the beach. Could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay in Newport Beach than this little gem. My husband, 4 year old son and I stayed from Sept 23 to Sept 27. Cannot fault the condo. Seems like it was built, decorated and equipped this year. So modern, so clean. Owner extremely helpful. Location ideal. Don't need a car as nearly everything is in walking distance: beach, restaurants, supermarket and upscale fast food outlets. Exceptional value. Looking forward to another week there next year - if we can get a booking!
