This 3 bedroom with 2 full baths features the living space, kitchen and master suite upstairs, with 2 bedrooms, a full bath and 2 car garage downstairs. All of the bedrooms have queen size beds and one room has a toddler bed. There is a port-a-crib and highchair that is available when needed. The family room and all the bedrooms have satellite TV and the house is equip with WiFi access. The living room and kitchen area are good size and can comfortably accommodate a large family or even two! there is a bar and gas BBQ on the premises as well as a fire pit for the guests to enjoy evenings outside. The Dunes are less than 5 minutes from this peaceful oasis. You and your family can enjoy your days at the beach with ATV rentals on the sand. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, in the heart of downtown Oceano. You are a few short blocks from the Oceano Dunes! You can see the tops of them from the upstairs windows. The Pismo Beach Monarch Butterfly Park is less than 10 miles away. The City of Pismo Beach is less than 10 minutes away and hosts many shops and restaurants, plenty of night time entertainment. Oceano Dunes has ATV rentals right there on the beach, but if you bring your own sand toys, there is plenty of parking!
