However to minimise environmental impact and to allow us to keep the nightly rate down, please make sure Air Conditioners are only used when required and are switched off when leaving the house. The electricity surcharge is applied with excessive consumption, please enquire upon booking if you have a concern or need more information. The kitchen provided an ample space for you to prepare your food. There is a filtered water tap next to the sink which filter has recently been changed. There is a bbq in the patio for your use but please ensure the gas is turned off after use and BBQ is cleaned.
