Welcome to our little chalet on the river, located in the gated Tiger Run community. This location has wonderful amenities nearby and is perfect for the small family or just a couple getting away. With the river just outside the door you can enjoy fishing or a relaxing afternoon with amazing views. Enjoy the outdoor patio with picnic table, chairs, BBQ, small fire pit. Located in the community is a club house with a swimming pool, game room, work out facility and 2 hot tubs. The community is located between Frisco and Breckenridge. So just a 5 mile drive you can be on the ski slopes or in downtown Frisco. Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: STR21-02292
