The Sanctuary is a beautiful place and was perfect for our 3 night stay. The property is exactly as described in the listing, was very clean, and in a good location. There’s no kitchen, but the provided space was perfect for coffee and a light breakfast before heading out for the day. The back patio was nice for a glass of wine in the evening. Ann was a great host. She met us to deliver the keys and go through a few things in the home, and was quick to reply with any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here!

This adorable property was perfect for our recent vacation to Colorado! The setting is peaceful and quiet and looks out at Pikes Peak. It met all of our requirements for convenience to Manitou and Colorado Springs, cleanliness and comfort. When needed, Ann and Chuck were great hosts who were able to provide a wealth of information to help our vacation go smoothly. We loved our time at Sanctuary of the Rose!

The Sanctuary of the Rose was such a beautiful property! The location in the mountains is perfect for a peaceful stay, and close enough to Manitou and Colorado Springs (10 mins to Manitou Springs and about 15 to Colorado Springs). All of the accommodations were very comfortable, and Ann is the sweetest! This location has everything you need for the perfect Mountain getaway!

We just returned from a 3 day stay at the Sanctuary. The pictures and description were 100% accurate. Ann and Chuck were also 100% perfect hosts. The location was within 15 minutes of Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Flying W Ranch, and Cripple Creek. The furnishings were clean and well-kept. Would (and have already) recommended to our friends and family. Becky

Great little place with beautiful mountain views. It is just outside Colorado Springs (~20 minutes) and Manitou Springs (~10 minutes). Hosts were very nice and the guest house was very charming.

My friend and I absolutely loved staying here. It is nestled in the mountains across from Pikes Peak Highway with gorgeous scenery all around. Ann was so great to check in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend it.

What a charming and lovely place to stay! Very clean and the attention to detail was incredible too! Don’t hesitate to stay here if you need some time to unplug and recharge. Walking the labyrinth was magical. The whole experience was so relaxing and the owners, Ann and Chuck are such lovely and kind people. We will return!!!!!

Quaint Cottage in a quiet area. Prpperety was clean and well kept. Ann was helpful but was only there when needed. Great place to stay. We enjoyed out time there.

The Sanctuary is truly that....a sanctuary! It is nestled in the trees with a peaceful mountain feel. Ever detail has been well thought out...so refreshing and relaxing.
