Ample windows let in plenty of Colorado sun and the window seat is perfect for a lazy morning. Great location, ideal for the adventurer visiting town. The house is situated right off I-25 with quick access via pedestrian bridge to Colorado College and downtown and just a stone's throw from Old Colorado City.
