This is a basement apartment with secure private entrance. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a second private room which can be used as an office or 2nd bedroom with the inflatable queen 'never flat' bed / pack-n-play for children. You have a full kitchen with tassimo machine, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, silverware, basic spices and cooking supplies. We live upstairs, so if you need a pantry item for cooking let us know and we will probably have it. Includes dining area, living room, bath room, one bedroom (queen bed) and 2nd bed room/office.

I have stayed here before and liked it so I stayed again. It is conveniently located to a lot of things. It's just a couple blocks of I-70, but is still very quiet. The place is clean. I wouldn't recommend 4 adults unless one slept on the sofa because the air mattress in the one bedroom isn't the most comfortable...

This basement apartment with its own entrance and parking spot close by is modern, clean and has a well-equipped kitchen. There is a man-made lake a short walk away with waterfowl and benches for sitting and paths for walking, biking and running. The owners have a 3 ring binder with a wealth of information from restaurants to churches to recycling....

Owners were very nice and easy to talk to. Complaints on this stay is that it IS a basement and by the pictures online it looks like we were renting a house, there was no thermostat to control the temperature in the basement therefore woke up multiple times sweating, constant dog barking from the owners 2 dogs, could not sleep...

About the neighbourhood
There are many restaurants/coffee shops/grocery stores within 5-10 blocks (5 minutes or less) of the apartment. Popular restaurant areas include LoHi, Highlands (32nd street), and Tennyson St in the Berkley area. We like to go to the Tennyson area as there is a nice mix of restaurants, bars, and interesting neighborhood shops. I the LoHi area you will find Linger, Rood Down, Zola and Little Man Ice Cream as local favorites. There is a park and lake within 3 blocks and another park with a lake about 7 blocks away. They area is nice for walks or bike riders.

The area is a stable quiet residential area. It is experiencing great growth as people move back into the city.

You can get to almost anywhere in Denver in 10 minutes or less. We are close to everything, but not right next...

I-70 is a 2 blocks away and provides easy and quick access to many of Denver's attractions. You can get to almost anywhere in Denver in 10 minutes or less.

We are about a 25 minute drive from the airport (the same as downtown Denver). Union Station is about 3 miles from our place.

From our place you can take an UberX or Lyft to the downtown area for $5-7. Parking downtown is by meters and they are $1 per hour with a 2 hour limit. Surface lots down town run $14-20 a day for parking, sometimes more depending on what is going on. Evening parking varies but lots would be about $10. If you have never used Lyft or Uber, I can provide you with a referral code which will get you a free ride (maybe more) up to $20 for each company.
