The owners are accommodating and kind. We enjoyed the fully-outfitted kitchen, having a tub/shower, and a spacious bedroom. A friend stayed on a comfortable mattress that was provided. I would have felt safe (as a woman traveling alone) there.

We used this apartment as a base for a week of hiking. The location is perfect. Nederland is a short drive away and has a grocery store, restaurants and laundromat. All our fabulous hikes were a half hour or less of driving time. The scenery was gorgeous. The apartment was clean and perfectly set up for outdoor adventures. We stocked the fridge with food from Costco on our way from the airport and filled in with smaller essentials from the market in town. WiFi reception was good. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay again.

Mike and Kim accepted my last minute reservation for a short mountain get-away. I’m grateful they had! Everything about this spot was perfect. Clean and spacious apartment, hospitable and communicative hosts and spectacular views! I look forward to my next visit which will hopefully be very soon. Thank you.
