This place might have the best view of any VRBO in the country. Just a spectacular setting and and incredible house. Beds were comfortable, house was extremely clean, loved everything inside and outside. Our only complaint was the WiFi was inconsistent, but that is to be expected with satellite internet. Other than that, the place was perfect!

This property was stunning and that is why we booked it. When we arrived, the cleanliness of the home wasn't up to the standard of any property or hotel room we've ever rented. After lots of phone calls, emails, and back and forth with customer service, the home was ready after a day and a half.
It did get better as time went on, but the initial checkin wasn't ideal.

We traveled with our 2 married children and 5 grandchildren. The home was prefect for our family. Highlights were the beautiful mountain view, the firepit in the evenings and our one granddaughter fell in love with the chipmunks. For a group of 11 for 5 nights we did have a shortage of toilet
paper in the house! All other supplies were sufficient.

The pictures do not do the views and scale of the property justice. If you are looking for a private retreat a little further out of town this is a fantastic spot. The house is nice and spacious and very well appointed but the exterior is where the house is truly special.

This is our second time to visit this property. The first time was during the winter months and this time was a summer vacation to get away from the Texas heat. I have to state I loved both visits. This is a very modern home. The craftmanship of this home was very thought out down to the last detail. I will say that the first time we stayed at this home there was an instruction guide but it was missing on this trip. I do think it is needed for the electronics.
I walked out of the back door one morning drinking a cup of coffee to see a young Buck standing in the back yard staring at me. We both just watched each other for a few minutes before he slowly walked off. We will be visiting this home again in the near future.

The property itself is beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay there. The biggest problem was when we got there there were dead flies in every room -- and I mean 20 or more! After cleaning it and letting the property manager know, they sent out an inspector. It took over an hour to clean it, take pics and document it, take time with the inspector, and talk at length with April at the property management number. She didn't even apologize to me until 20 minutes into the conversation and I had to tell her that an apology would be nice. I asked how we would be compensated for this and she said she'd have to send it to upper management. Some of the disappointing things were the big, beautiful fireplace in the main area was not working...but we didn't know until the inspector came and spent some time trying to get it to work...then he said, "oh, there's a maintenance request to fix it." It would've been really nice to know that before we made the final payment and were already up there. Since there was snowy outside, we couldn't use the firepit outside nor the outdoor dining table...so it would've been really nice to have a fire and was a main selling feature of us renting this property. So that was a huge let down. We were told all the dead flies were normal...so I guess be prepared to clean as soon as you get to the property or you call the inspector right away -- but then you have to wait before you can bring all your suitcases/supplies (since there are dead flies everywhere and you'd be stepping all over them) in until someone gets there to document and clean it up. I never got a call from the property management team over the two days were were there, and it's been a day and a half since we got back -- no word from the property management: no apology, no answer on how they are going to make things right. We were told the last person in the home was the homeowner 20 days prior, and that's why there were flies everywhere.

Great home with all the luxurious amenities. Definitely will stay again and will recommend for families planning staying in the Fraser/Winter Park area. The location is high up in the hill, which can be a little challenging if arriving after dark. However, overall great location. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
