We loved the house! Loved all the bedrooms, bathrooms, radiant heat, the kitchen, pantry, movie theater and game room.
We really loved this house. We had a difficult time getting in but was able to get the code changed and could get in.
We had some heirloom china forgotten at the house. Tina was nice enough to take it to be packaged and mailed.
It was a great experience!

House was great and had everything we needed and more. So many nice special touches like house shoes, spare coats and other winter items if you need them, candy and popcorn for the movie room. It was a very special post Christmas getaway. We loved it.

My son got married at Brainard Lake on Sept. 30,2023 and we wanted some where close to the venue and this was a perfect location close to everything in Nederland. The house was amazing and loaded with entertainment for everyone. We truly enjoyed our visit and stay at this location. Highly recommend for those with families and little ones.

We chose this home for the proximity to the town. We could walk to the playground, the fishing pond, the downtown area and the reservoir. The house was well equipped with many small appliances, ie. instant pot and crock pot. Also, spices and many baking needs. You could definitely plan to make meals in this house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The game room was a big hit. We will stay here again!

The property was the right size for us. We enjoyed the amenities and used most of them. The property was relatively clean when we got there. Something had been leftover in the refrigerator however and that kind of smelled. The beds were comfortable. Could’ve used a few more fans as it got stuffy in the downstairs. No screens on the downstairs windows so we couldn’t just leave them wide-open with bugs coming in. Overall we would stay there again because the size was so accommodating and the property manager was so easy to communicate with and the proximity to all of the fun things that Nederland has to offer.
