We loved our stay at Thorpe on the Water. Very nice property with great location in town, walking distance to shops, close proximity to Eldora for skiing. House contained everything we needed to feel at home. Comfy beds and the hot tub was great to come back to after a day of skiing. We highly recommend this location if you are staying in Nederland. Even with being in town, it was quiet and relaxing.

Couldn't have been better. This charming small home was exactly perfect for our quick getaway/ski tip to Ned and Eldora. Steps from everything yet still felt secluded. We made great use out of the hot tub and the full kitchen. Great open space for gathering, too. There was a good set of utensils, condiments and dishes, plush towels, good hot water in the shower and separate heating units in the living room and bedroom. We'll definitely be back!

Came out to ski at Eldora and check out the area as we had never been to Nederland and were not disappointed at all. This home is absolutely great and worked out perfectly for us. The location could not be better as it is right near the heart of all activity /places to see in Nederland and everything is well within walking distance. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. I have never stayed in a VRBO that had put so much thought into keeping guests comfortable, this place has everything you can think of and then some. All cabinets and drawers are labeled which is nice as you do not need to dig through every drawer and cabinet to find cooking utensils and whatnot. The wood stove is a great touch and we used it every night as plenty of firewood and kindling were supplied. The hot tub was very clean with the water properly treated and sure made for a nice soak after a long day on the slopes. Tony was great to work with and was incredibly quick to respond. The check-in process was simple and by far the easiest check-out instructions I have ever seen. Well done Tony, we will be staying at this VRBO again for sure.

We love Nederland. It’s the cutest mountain town and this was hands down our favorite property that we’ve stayed at. We could walk to all the Main Street restaurants, shops. We LOVED sitting by the creek and listening to the water, the cabin was well maintained with everything we needed and the hot tub was a great addition and clean! We will be back to Nederland and this will be the first place we look for availability.

Our son lives in Ned and we rented this cabin with the grandkids for a visit. Charming and clean with a beautiful view of the river. We all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. Had a great stay!

Amazing cabin
This place is really amazing. Absolutely incredible location right in the heart of Ned, which is great. But the real win with this cabin is how comfortable it feels, and how thoughtfully appointed and provisioned it is. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this place is by far the best in terms of getting ALL of the little things right, and then some.
Added to all of that is the fact that the creek is literally *right there*, auch that you can hear it rushing over the rocks from anywhere inside or outside on the property. The pics are accurate, but don’t fully capture how beautiful and excellent this place really is. Will for sure be back!

Wonderful escape
My partner and I - over the last 5 years ....have stayed at probably 50+ home rentals and this property is our absolute new favorite!! We usually pick a spot that is out away from town and people- here we still felt as though we were in the country - the rushing creek is so peaceful it drowned out the noise of anything else! It was magical!! We could walk to EVERYTHING in town ! The cabin is cozy and beautiful! We spent most of our time in the back in front of the creek- and we saw a baby moose come and eat right in front of us! highly recommend!!
