Stay was Ok but but we could not get in because they didnt send us a door code. Called and emailed the contact and no response for a couple of hours. National VBRO found us another place for the night. Finally i was contacted and we switched places again and stayed at the house.

Accommodations were real nice. Everything you need is there. Could use a little step stool for reaching high cabinets. Location is easy walking to everything.

Positives the cabin was very clean and neat. It had all of the necessary appliances and good streaming options on the television for movies. The location was very close to town which made it quite convenient. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.
Negative the cabin is quite small and the price seemed relatively high for what you receive but everyone has their own needs and expectations on value.
Overall it ,et our needs for our weekend.

Great location. Walking distance to everything in Nederland. Very cozy place. The heated bathroom floors are a nice touch on cold Colorado mornings.
