I wish we could have stayed here.

Advertised as pet friendly, I paid my deposit. The confirmation said no pets. The Trip Manager tool would not allow me to add our dog. Policy was no refund of deposit. After hours of trying to contact Vacasa and Trip Advisor: no email or chat...More
