**Save on discounted lift tickets for the '19-'20 ski season** The Landings 2615 is a truly spectacular 4BR plus Den/3.5 Bath single family home with garage located in the Landings neighborhood and just 2 blocks away from the Steamboat Ski Area. This home has 2700 square feet of living space on three levels. It features a private hot tub, two decks and a two car garage, plus ample driveway. There is a ping-pong table located in the garage which occupies one of the two parking spots when in use. On the main level the inviting living area has vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV with Bose sound system and plenty of space for the family to gather on the stylish and comfortable furnishings. The upgraded kitchen has speckled granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a center island with seating for four and lots of storage and counter space to whip up the best meals for your family. The dining area has a large table to enjoy family meals or to spread out a puzzle or games. Out on the deck, soak up the views of the ski area while relaxing in the private hot tub or cook up your favorite BBQ on the gas grill. The master suite, located on the main level, is large and features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and private deck. There is a King bed with a flat screen TV and an en-suite bath with a dual vanity, jetted soaking tub and a spacious walk in shower with built in bench. Proceed down one level where the second and third bedrooms are located. The second has a King bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway between the bedrooms and it contains granite counter tops and a shower/tub combo. The full size washer/dryer is also located on the level, no need to pack your whole closet or perfect for getting ahead of post-vacation laundry! The third level down is a great space for the kids to gather. There are two sets of bunk beds in the open den with a flat screen TV.  The fourth bedroom is also located on this level and it features a Queen bed. There is a full bath on this level with a granite counter tops and a walk-in shower. Please Note: After the end of the ski season in April of 2020 the bedding will change to BR1: King, BR2: King, BR3: Queen, BR4: 2 sets of bunk, Den: Queen Sleeper Sofa.  The bottom level, where bunks and den are located, will be an area where the kids can get away and play. More updates and details to come.
