This condominium has a comfortable open floor design, well appointed, and comfortably sleeps five adults. Master bedroom has a king bed set, and second bedroom has a queen bed set. Both bedrooms are fully furnished with a multi drawer dresser, large closet, LED HD Flat Panel TV, Blueray HD DVD, VCR, and alarm clock. The living room has a new loveseat which can convert to a single bed for more sleeping space.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and new hardwood laminate floors.

New for 2015 season are hardwood laminate flooring throughout the unit, love seat/single sleeper, HD flat screen TV in master bedroom, and a Samsung French Door refrigerator.

New for the 2016 season is a new queen bed in the guest bedroom, a double reclining sofa in the family room, and make-up / shaving mirrors with magnification in both bathrooms.

Every year we try and do something new to keep the condo fresh and comfortable for our renters.

New for 2017 season is a new remote thermostat, a large living room rug, non stick cookware, a four bottle wine refrigerator,, and nighttime toilet bowl illuminators in both bathrooms.

For children, there is The John Waples fenced playground, located less than half a block away for their off beach enjoyment.

This property is available year round, weekly rentals during the summer. For off season rentals, we require a two night minimum stay, and a three night minimum stay during peak season.

* Please refer to the calendar for availability. Calendar is updated after every deposit is received and cleared.*

** All renters must be 25 years old to rent and stay in our condo, unless you are a family with minor children.**

***We do not rent to high school seniors or their parents during senior week. ***

We prefer Friday-Friday or Sunday-Sunday rentals. We receive many requests for the same dates. If the date is blocked that time has all ready been rented. Our standard arrival time during peak season is 2 PM and departure is 10 AM.

Amazing stay

Our stay at Dewey Beach was amazing. Beautiful condo, great location and close enough/far enough from everything. The owner was great to work with and to contact with any questions. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Our condo is centrally located in Dewey Beach, DE within walking distance to all shopping, restaurants, and musical entertainment. For children, the John Waples fenced playground is located less than half a block away for off beach enjoyment. Our condo is 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and 1 block to the bay.

Walking in Dewey Beach is a easy! Headed to the beach, bay, shops, or dining Dewey Beach is easily accessible by foot! If Rehoboth Beach is your destination, take the Jolly Trolley and enjoy the boardwalk. Taxi's are also an option as well as Lift and Uber!
