This home is well maintained nestled in a quiet community. It is exactly what you see in the profile and more. Plenty of quality towels (bath/beach) were available. The pool is small but accommodating for daily cool down fun and night time dips. Great location to popular stores, markets, water park etc. Will definitely book again.

Very clean, beautiful and well equipped with almost everything you need. Check-in and check-out process was smooth.

We loved our stay in Cape Coral! Safe neighbourhood. This property was exactly as the picture showed. Comfortable bed,, plenty of towels, plus everything we needed for our trip to the beach was provided including beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and even beach toys! The kitchen was perfect for home cooked meals. Restroom located off pool was a good surprise. We enjoyed our time with all the amenities of home! Clean and comfortable! We would rent this property again!

The villa was truly beautiful. Clean...comfortable decorated in Great style. We had a few hiccupps ...No propane.5 days could not grill really a pain... But that was property manager slip. No Laundry detergent . Cleaners slip... Pool heater not working a few days .. and not told we just receive a starter kit meaning only garbage bag 1x toilet paper etc. So we were not sure had to go an buy a supply when we could have just brought a few from home. SO more education on property managers end. But the Villa was beautiful.
