Our Disney home is located in the upscale community of Orange Tree, ideally placed to visit theme parks, shopping malls, restaurants and nearby championship golf courses. For your relaxation and enjoyment we provide extended south facing private pool and spa, large lanai with luxury poolside furniture, solar pool heating, game room with pool table and ping pong, flat screen cable tv/dvds in family room and all bedrooms, PlayStation 2 with games, fully equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities, sports equipment for onsite facilities and wifi connectivity. The villa was just updated May 1, 2016 with new mattresses in all bedrooms along with new 32 inch flat screen TV's and DVD players in each bedroom!
Home has a security safe and security alarm.

Perfect!!!
The house was the perfect place to stay for our family. Getting up every morning and having breakfast by the pool was amazing. The house was very clean and spacious. The owner Judy was very responsive to our emails and was able to accommodate our early arrival with no problems. We will definitely want to stay here again on our next vacation. Thank you Judy for letting us stay at your awesome home.

Perfect vacation home
We had a rough long flight and an all around bad travel day, so we didn’t arrive at this home until late. As soon as I opened the door, it made the whole day worth it. The house was in immaculate shape. It was beautiful and clean and loaded with towels for the pool and every kitchen appliance you could think of. The pool was amazing and lit up so we had ourselves a late night swim. We stayed here 10 days and I didnt want to leave. The neighborhood was quiet and the landscaping provided lots of privacy for the pool. I definitely recommend this house and I would love to stay here again.

Convenient
The house was large and clean. The private pool was well maintained and we enjoyed it especially after a long day at the parks. The location is convenient to all attractions, food and amenities. The owner was extremely helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic vacation, home away from home!
We spent a week enjoying this home. Judy was fabulous to work with and very responsive! We have a 17 & 11 year old and came home with a pool pro and a fish! Seriously though, the bedroom arrangements were great, we all enjoyed watching movies, the pool & hot tub, and the table & ping pong. There are games and books available. Close enough to Disney if you choose that and not too far from the rest of the parks and International Drive. Even the management company worked with us on cleaning pool after we left as we left very early in the day and planned to spend the time at the house the 2 days before we left. I highly recommend whether you're looking for a rest away from the parks or a vacation in itself. We will be back.

Perfect place to stay. Close to attractions, spotless, comfy beds, and plenty of space.
I recently stayed here for a week with my husband and two teens. The house had everything we could want and more. Here are a few of the features that made the house a great place to stay:
1) Clean - The house was professionally cleaned before our arrival and was spotless. There were signs that even the sofas had been vacuumed.
2) Large but still had a cozy feel - The house is ranch style with all of the rooms on one floor. It gave us plenty of space to spread out. My 2 teens could each have their own bedroom and their own personal bathroom - which helped significantly reduce sibling rivalry.
3) Well-appointed - The kitchen has lots of dishes, bowls, glassware and utensils. There are also pots and pans for cooking and brand new appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric tea pot, coffee maker) but hey - who really wants to cook when there are so many great local restaurants nearby. There are 5 large TVs, a PlayStation with a bunch or games, a pool table, a ping pong table, floats for the pool and a washer and dryer. There were also plenty of towels, including beach towels.
4) Great location - The house is a two minute drive from a ton of stores and restaurants. SuperWalmart had everything, including a very large grocery store within it. The neighborhood where the house is located is very quiet. We barely saw our neighbors and never heard from them.
If we rented again the only thing we would change is that we would not go to a park (Disney and Universal) every single day. We regretted not scheduling more "down time" so that we could truly enjoy the house. The pool was amazing (and heated) but the weather was unseasonably cold so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Overall, renting the house was so much better than cramming a family of 4 into a hotel room - and such a great value. By the time our vacation was over, we were sad to leave. The house really felt like a home.

Awesome
My wife and I stayed here and loved it. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a vacation home that truly was a home away from home. The pool and spa were the perfect way to start and end the day after the parks and were very private with fencing and shrubs surrounding them. I've rented other homes in the area this was the best and I will definitely be coming back with the whole family. Excellent 5 stars

Very clean Home
The pictures for this home are accurate. We had the pool heated and it was perfect temperature. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked most meals. Super Walmart is only about 10 minutes away.
Unlike a previous review, the home did have toilet paper, bars of soap, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.
The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful vacation home.
We rented this home for college softball games. The home was perfect. One thing I didn't realize (and I may have overlooked it in the listing) is that there is no hand soap in the kitchen, no toilet paper or paper towels. And maybe a kitchen cleaner (spray) would be good for spills, etc. And also there was no colander.
The house is laid out nicely, plenty of space for dining and the outdoor lanai area is spacious. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was heated! It was so warm on those cool nights. We didn't have any little ones to enjoy the bedroom themes but they were great. A beautiful home.

Wonderful Place To Stay
My wife and I stayed at this wonderful home with our daughter, her husband and two grandkids. It is located in a quiet and very nice neighborhood right off Hwy 27 and close to Disney, Publix and dining. We only encountered one problem when the pool heater stopped working. This is certainly no fault of the owner as things do break. It was repaired as fast as possible and the owner gave us a refund for the days we couldn't use the pool. The home has lots of space, is well kept, has nice TV's and great ping pong and pool tables which we all enjoyed. Although we ate out often the kitchen seemed well stocked with pots, pans, glasses and silverware. The owner is also very fast to communicate and goes out of the way to please. I would certainly recommend this home and if the occasion arose I would also like to return as we all had a great time here. You won't go wrong if you rent this home. Thank you to Judy, the owner, for trusting us to use her home.
