The Space: The Kingfish Cabin is a uniquely styled custom cabin directly on Lake Rousseau with all the amenities of any fine vacation stay. Newly remodeled to include a beautiful Florida room surrounded by windows with custom blinds to open and view the breath taking sunset or close for your privacy.
This 3 bedroom, 1 bath cabin features all new fixtures and finishing touches. All towels, bedding, AC/heat, kitchen appliances: coffee pot, microwave, dishes provided, fridge, and stove. Washer/dryer also (website hidden)'s with cable and internet provided. You may also cook your meals on the c...

A well spent birthday
I really,really enjoyed my birthday at your cabin and fishing when it didn't rain. When it did rain it was just as pleasant inside . thank you so much for sharing a little peice of your heaven with me.

Accommodations were amazing. Boat ramp within 10 feet outside the yard. Quiet, and peaceful. Highly Recommend!

Beautiful lake view
Prime location for bird watching and kayaking, boating or fishing. The cabin has been completely redone and the decor is tasteful. A lot of thought went into making sure there was a panoramic view of the lake from the living areas. We loved our stay!

Worry free and relaxed
Kingfish cabin is well supplied and well maintained making our stay worry free to relax more! The owner was accessible and helpful for our questions about the surrounding area. We hope to break free from our routine to enjoy a stay at Kingfish cabin again.

Wildlife viewing outpost with all the comforts of home!
A lovely clean cabin in a perfect location if you enjoy watching wildlife and fishing. The sunsets and sunrises were epic, with each day bringing new surprises. From our first moments at the cabin, when we arrived to find a bald eagle perched on the highest tree in our yard, to the grand finale on our last day, watching an otter catch a sunfish, swim towards me with its prize in its mouth, then settle down right on the lawn's edge where it comfortably cracked and crunched away, we were mesmerized by the abundance of nature that surrounded us. The Florida room provided the perfect wildlife viewing outpost, complete with satellite TV and wifi. Wish we lived closer - would love to visit again and again!

Peaceful and perfect
Best rental yet. Clean, inexpensive, peaceful, great owners and super quick refunding my deposit. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great vacation spot.
We loved the privacy and the lake view. There was lots of wildlife around the lake to see as my son and I fished from the pier. The cottage was very tidy and well kept. We spent a lot of time in the Florida room, enjoying the lake view. We certainly want to come back.

Clean, comfortable cabin with a excellent vew and the most gracious hosts you could ever want.
Although this is situated at the edge of a campground and boat launch, it is almost always very quiet and peaceful. The coots, birds, and eagles are an endless source of entertainment. Roman and Sheri are the most gracious hosts you could ask for. They took care of our every want and need without hesitation. They are truly concerned about their guests. The cabin is very well kept, clean and comfortable with a great view of the lake. If your lucky you may see a small gator that swims by about supper time. The only drawback is having only one bathroom. One toilet in the laundry room would help a great deal when you have more than 2 people staying here. We did not have our boat here, but wish we did. There is a little Launch site and judging by the anglers we see out there, the fishing is great. You won't be sorry you booked this little bit of heaven on earth.

Incredible views--Old Time Florida
We LOVED the setting of this house. It is very clean and comfortable and the views from the Florida room and outdoors are magnificent. There is a large estuary of birds on an island immediately across the lake from the house. Breathtaking to watch them come in for the evenings and then take off in the early mornings. We watched a bald eagle pick up a fish about 30 feet from the shore one afternoon, which was unforgettable, too. It is a challenge to find. All 3 cars got 'lost' before finding the house...but it was worth the hunt.
