Direct gulf front 2 bedroom, 2bath condo. Spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Only 25 feet to the beach. Small quiet complex only 48 units, and only 2 stories high. Heated pool, protected under complex assigned parking. Full kitchen, with stove dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. King sized bed and in master bedroom, queen sized bed in 2nd bedroom & a queen sized sleeper sofa in living room. washer and drier. screened in lanai with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the heated pool. Enjoy bikes and beach chairs. Relax on the white sandy semi- private beach while you gather sea shells and prehistoric sharks teeth. Paradise found. One of the best views in the complex. 2 Week rental period, except during Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. (1 week)
