The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom and also a TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. And the third bedroom has twin beds. All linens provided. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided. You are just a 1 minute walk from the Resort clubhouse and Resort pool/jacussi. All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, golf practice nets, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool. Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need. NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental. RESORT: Lake Berkley Resort is a beautiful gated Community only 8 miles from Walt Disney World. Whether it's walking, relaxing by the communal pool, using the gym or doing a bit of fishing this resort has got you covered. As you arrive you will be greeted at a secure gated entrance. Once you enter you can easily move around the resort and use the communal facilities. This resort really does have everything on your doorstep, from the Walmart next door to the local restaurants and bars conveniently located close by. Brillian place to stay

Brilliant place to stay, modern and clean. Everything is provided. 1 minute walk to the heated Resort pool and spa, great place to meet new friends. Lake Berkley is excellent Resort. We will definitely rent again. Very good value for money. Ron
