This was my favorite VRBO to date. Derek was a great host and the thank you gift and the welcome packet with instructions and recommendations went above and beyond. I’m a cook and I had everything I needed! It was wonderful, I would completely recommend it!!!

Location was great. Liked the fact that it was in a gated community, felt very safe. Short drive to downtown Naples and the beach. The pool and spa were amazing. Had everything you would need for the pool and beach in the garage, no need to bring anything. Communication with the property manager was great, we had a problem with the internet the last 2 days of our stay and he did everything he could to try and get it resolved quickly. Loved the decor and the layout of the home provided plenty of privacy. Will definitely stay there again when in Naples.

We had an incredible week at this beautiful house! Derek was extremely easy to communicate with and the house had everything we could dream of. As a parent of young kids, not having to worry about packing all of the small stuff was an added perk. We look forward to visiting Naples again and staying at this home again!

Tivoli paradise experience was superior. The house, property, location, supplies and furnishing were better than expected. Derek was in contact with us before, during and after our stay. The house was pristine and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the spices one could want. 3 propane tanks available, a garage full of pool toys, bikes and helmets, fishing poles, tennis rackets, skate boards and the list goes on! The full size washer/dryer made keeping towels and swimsuits ready for the next days adventures a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and the entrance security guards were all very nice and helpful. The clincher…no bugs!

This house was beautiful!! Derek was very attentive and very detail oriented! He has tried to supply anything that you could possibly need for your stay. We used all 4 bedrooms. There were 6 of us and it was just perfect. We actually had plenty of room for 2 more people!! The pool and spa were wonderful! We paid the extra money for spa heat and it was worth it!! We particularly enjoyed the soaker tub! The Naples area is just a beautiful area to visit!!

We were 6 adults here in May 2022. The house was awesome with more amenities then expected. If you have kids, lots of pool toys, bikes, skateboards and every sports ball you’ ll need. We went fishing out of the pond right on the property. Very clean and a good location. Pool and Spa were great, well maintained. Went to a couple of restaurants on the recommended list which were very nice. Derek was an exceptional host always in communication to ensure everything was ok. I would come here again and would definitely recommend it!

The house was as described; Derek is a very considerate host; you have everything you need, from beach toys, to a Vitamix. The pool is great and a good distraction for kids. We had a fun time.

I've rented in Naples for years and this was the best house I've ever rented in Naples or anywhere. So great. We loved it. Thanks for your part in make our vacation outstanding. Will be renting again for sure.

We had an amazing stay at Derek's home in Naples. We had a family of 7 and the home layout was perfect for our family which was a mixture of adults and children. The home was extremely clean, and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Everything from pool towels, to beach gear and even a set of weights to workout in the garage. Pool was amazing for the kids. Derek was very attentive while we were there and very accessible as we had an issue with the controls for the spa and he immediately responded and had a handyman over to the home on the same day. I really can't recommend this home enough and we will definitely return!

This home worked perfectly for our 7 member family. The home is as described, and was equipped with everything one needs including lots of items for the kids. Having a pool on premises proved to be invaluable for us. Nice quiet neighborhood and host very attentive and accommodating.
