We had a great time staying in your Naples house. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and amazing pool. Really enjoyed our time at your place.

The house was beautiful but it definitely had it's flaws. The theater room didn't work as stated or we had to figure out how to fix it ourselves. The glasses to watch 3D movies didn't work at all and one pair was broken. The pull out bed in the theater room was completely disgusting. The pool area was dirty and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned or pressure washed in quit some time. The bar had nothing but empty bottles, so had to supply our own drinks. The children's beds all had trash underneath as well as having dirt and grim all along the edges. Overall unsatisfied with the amount of money you have to pay to stay while also supplying all your own food, etc. Definitely coming back to Florida but will be staying else where when we do.

Ease of Check-in & Check-out: After being on the road for ~20 hours it was so nice to be able to check ourselves into the house. That also goes for the check-out process. It couldn't be any easier. This was nice considering we left at 6am to get a head start on the drive home. Location: Perfect distance to 5th Ave, Naples Beach and Marco Island. We never spent more than 15/20 minutes in the car to get to any location, including parking. Highly recommend checking out Tiger Tail Beach and the Naples Zoo if you are traveling with your family. There was plenty of food options near by too. Whether you want to buy groceries and cook in the amazing kitchen, order in for the night or go out to eat. Amenities: When you are told all you need to bring is your clothes, that is not a joke. Everything you could ever need is in this house as it is fully stocked. The only thing we ran into was not having space for dry groceries (non-refrigerated items) because literally every cabinet is full including the pantry. If you are staying for a longer visit you may need to pick up extra toilet paper too, that was something that wasn't stocked up as would be expected for 10 days and majority females. Cleanliness: The reason I gave this a 4/5 stars is because it could be improved. I would have chose 4.5 if that was an option. I might not have noticed if I didn't have a small child. Since the house is decorated in expensive items, I spent the first 20 minutes taking pictures and moving fragile items out of reach. When I moved the items you could tell dusting wasn't happening frequently. We also found the cleaners have not been cleaning under the beds, which I get is not something you do every time you clean. This as I said might just be something I noticed because small children will find everything on the ground. Pool & Backyard Oasis: If you never want to leave the house during your vacation, this is the house for you. The backyard is truly an oasis. There were butterflies everyday, birds chirping and no humans in sight. You would never know there are neighbors to the right and left. I can't put into words just how magical it truly is, you just have to see if for yourself.

Florida Sunsation is a beautiful oasis convenient to everything Naples. The house is extremely well equipped, lots of space. Except for sleeping, we mostly lived in the beautiful lanai. The pool and hot tub are well designed and luxurious, and the entire outdoor area is well thought out. Super private too, with lush landscaping and the waterfall. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, definitely read the owner’s email after you book as it contains a lot of good info. We did visit the beach and the coolers and bags and beach chairs, etc. were very nice. Paul and Dari communicated very well. If I had a complaint it would be that the media room is so well equipped that the teenagers wanted to spend too much time there. But hey, it’s their vacation too!

We had a wonderful time relaxing in this gorgeous home in Naples Florida. If you're looking to just get away and Chill from all the hustle and bustle this is the way to go. We would definitely stay here again.

1. Accommodations were luxurious, extremely comfortable, clean, and provided every imaginable appliance, and kitchen tool. 2. Pool area and spa were a mini-retreat within themselves. Relaxing and enjoyable! 3. Location was excellent. Convenient distance to restaurants, shops, sights, grocery, liquor, and pharmacies. 4. Paul addressed the few questions we had in a very timely and easy manner. 5. You will not be disappointed in this Naples oasis!

We absolutely loved staying in this amazing home! It is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, is absolutely beautiful throughout, has every amenity you will need, and more. It is luxurious! The home has two large master suites with attached bathrooms, and two additional bedrooms. Both master suites are very spacious, and the bathrooms are also huge. There are also two additional bedrooms! The children's bedroom has bunk beds, and is adorable. Each bedroom has a TV. The children's room has a screen for each bed. Luckily kiddos! We loved cooking at the house! The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, and the best appliances you could want. The spice drawer is a cook's dream. We spent many evenings in the home theater room. The TV is huge! The room is stocked with gaming systems, video games, DVDs, and regular games. The house has subscriptions to Netflix and movie channels. We loved the pool and spa, and spent a LOT of time there. The covered lanai means no bugs. The spa is so relaxing, the pool is heated, and entire area is beautiful and private. Everything about the house shows the owners have put a tremendous amount of thought and care into it. Paul is a gracious and generous host. He is friendly, extremely helpful, and very easy to work with. We appreciated the fact that he wants to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We absolutely did cannot say enough good things about this beautiful, luxurious home!
