Mike and Jane were fantastic hosts and there are many reasons why their unit receives such rave reviews. They left us a nice welcome card and bottle of wine. The condo is in a perfect location, just a couple miles to 5th Ave and 3rd St. Just 3 miles away from the 64 dedicated pickleball courts where the US Open is held each year. The Naples Bay Resort itself is beautiful as well. The pools were fantastic, the grounds were nicely manicured, and the staff was always nice and helpful.
Our flight back home was already in the evening, but Southwest emailed us three days before the flight to let us know the departure time would actually be delayed 3 hours, leaving at 8:55pm. When I told this to Mike and Jane, they let us stay in their unit for a few hours past check-in and had their cleaning crew come later so that we could enjoy an extended last day in Naples due to the delayed flight. They’re just good people and we felt like it was important to them that we were happy.
The unit itself is awesome. It’s fully stocked with everything you need. The coolers, four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, etc. were all great to have. The covered and dedicated parking space was sweet as well.
My wife and I are so happy that we stayed at Mike and Jane’s place for the week. It was the perfect getaway and we’re very appreciative that they offer their place to the rest of us at such a great price. Thank you!!
