My husband and I felt the property was beautifully decorated and very tasteful. Well laid out. Particularly liked the separateness of the the master bedroom suite from the remaining two bedrooms. Great privacy. Pool was beautiiful and well maintained. There are some areas that need improvement: - Install grab bars in the showers for safety - The bedding needs replacing; a bit tired / worn - The dishes are too heavy and many are chipped in places; a replacement set for 6 people is needed - There should be matching glassware sets to serve 6 people including wine glasses - Matching silverware settings for 6 people should be provided The street noise level in the pool area was too intense to leisurely be outside at night. The outdoor TV needs replacing; line through the screen.

We had an exciting time together in Naples celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Gabriel Kohn was an excellent property host. The property was very clean and well maintained. My wife and I were extremely pleased. We look forward to our next trip to Naples. We normally stay in Marco Island when in that area of Florida, however we fell in love with Naples.

This was just what we were looking for for our 6 week stay. My husband has mobility issues and this house worked very well for him. Yes it is noisy but after reading the reviews that was expected. Gabriel was very helpful and responsive to our few issues. Very comfortable house.

The house and neighborhood were great just has advertised and has the pictures shown.The property manager Gabriel checked in with us at the beginning and end of our stay which we appreciate it.

The only drawback to this place is that it’s location backs up to a busy noisy road. The house itself is fairly sound proofed but the noise of the road makes using the covered pool a little unpleasant which is too bad because it’s a very nice pool.

Very comfortable property. Could be great for 2 couples and/or a couple kids. Very well appointed for cooking and dining at home. Loved having the pool & keyless entry was very convenient as well. We were new to this area of Florida and the central location was perfect to visit Sanibel, Captiva , Ft. Meyers and Marco Island. Several beaches were only about 20 minutes away. The property host Gabriel was excellent communicating with us, before during and upon departure. (Thanks Gabriel !) The only one thing that may bother some is that the home is next to a very busy road and although you don't see the traffic, it can get very loud at times. An easy fix for us was to turn up some music and the pool fountain to drown it out. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return in the future.

This rental was everything we wanted for our vacation and more. The house was very clean and looked bigger than the photos! It came with floaties for the pool, books, and lots of other fun stuff for the beach. The owner Gabriel was very responsive and answered to us right away with any questions or accommodations. The house was very close to nearby beaches and was in a beautiful community. We will definitely be coming back, thank you for a spectacular rental!

The place was very clean, checking in was very easy omg everything was just delightful 😍!! Their is no negatives in this rental!! My family and i had a really great time. Ty

The week at this home was amazing. The house was open, airy and the pool and lanai were the highlight. Gabriel was very good at communicating with us. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it backs up to a busy road. You can see the traffic but when you’re outside in the back, the traffic noise is loud. But the traffic noise inside the closed house is very minimal. Not a fault of the owner - just a fact about the location. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for others.
