We really enjoyed all being on one level and the open floor plan. There was plenty of seating for family dinners and for just spending time together. The only downside was the one bedroom that didn’t have its own bathroom was inconvenient and also very bright at sunrise. It works better if you only need 4 bedrooms for the week and maybe an extra for an occasional guest

We had a great family vacation at this property. It's an easy walk to the beach (note: you do have to pay to park at nearby beaches) and we spent hours everyday outside at the screened-in pool. The kitchen had all the things we needed to cook most of our dinners in - including a gas grill. Bedrooms were all comfortable - with some bathroom sharing. We had a few issues but they were promptly resolved. The house was very clean and we were greeted with a fresh flowers and a fruit tray. We enjoyed excursions to downtown Naples, the pier at sunset, and shopping but mostly enjoyed spending leisurely days and nights with family.

The house was very clean. We were a group of 7 women over 70. Our only comment is the twin bedroom was small for two adults. We thought there was a toilet in every room. The room with the office did not have a toilet.

The house was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, a new house was being built right next to the pool during our entire stay. The sawing, nailing, etc. were very loud and disturbing starting early in the morning and on Saturdays as well. Of course, this is not the homeowner’s fault and she was very courteous and flexible with our requests in the beginning. I wish I could say that she maintained this demeanor, but our experience with her turned sour quickly. One of the toilets in the house was broken upon on our arrival. It rendered itself useless and no one came out to fix it. The house needs additional waste disposal. For 10 adults, having 1 bin of recycling (picked up once per week) and 1 bin of waste (picked up twice per week) is not enough and it became a point of contention with the owner. She told us to bag up all of our excess trash and take it with us as it was “not her responsibility.” Additionally, the owner asked to be let in an hour before checkout time to bring “one lady to start cleaning.” We naturally obliged but she walked in with two cleaners and showed zero appreciation that we had laundered all of the pool/beach towels that she requested. While her cleaners were working, the owner spent the entire hour grilling us with questions about our lives and the number of guests we had and critiquing our “mess” while we were trying to pack up our stuff to leave. She told us to leave things for her cleaners as she was going to keep them there working all day. Her demeanor was very rude and hostile and we would not rent from her again. She also randomly dropped by the house at least 3 times during our week-long stay which again felt extremely intrusive.

We rented this beautiful home for 9 days for a family wedding in Naples and loved it! Beautifully decorated, very clean, great location to walk or bike to the beach and the owner/property manager were very easy to deal with and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this property and we’ll be back!

Perfect

We loved staying at Coquina Sands for eight days. The house and pool are fabulous. It has everything you need for a delightful stay. The proximity to the beach is excellent. Misia is charming and accommodating.

Home was spotless with welcome gifts of flowers, fruit and dessert. Beautiful, modern kitchen has all appliances you need. Tranquil pool steps from the house was thoroughly enjoyed by our family. Location is perfect to shopping, 5th Avenue and the beach. Gorgeous Loudermilk beach is a short walk. Property manager immediately addressed an ice maker issue and pool question. We will come back.

The location of the house cannot be better. The amenities are superb. Everything you need for a perfect stay is already there and in fantastic shape. All the beach equipment, coolers, towels and toys are right in the garage as well as two trolleys to help get them to the beach. We were there over Christmas and our Host had a Christmas tree up and decorated with poinsettias on every table. My wife especially enjoyed the pool every morning for a swim and then coffee with the kids. We had plenty of room and plan to stay two weeks the next time we come. A special thank you to Misia our host who checked in on us often to insure a marvelous stay. This a property that all properties should be measured against. Top of the line in every aspect.

My family and I stayed at this property for a week after Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was very nice, clean, and in a beautiful neighborhood.
