Great house and close to Old Naples and Lowdermilk Beach!

This is a wonderful home for a family/friends' vacation, with a roomy, relaxed open floor plan, lots of space, and convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owner (Misia) is terrific, friendly and responsive to any needs.

We enjoyed our stay at this big, beautiful house, Thanks to Misia for the welcome goodies! We spent alot of time in the screened lanai. We preferred to be in the screened area. We used the grill often and ate on the lanai. We did have a problem with the pool heater We called Misia and she had a technician come and fix it. Also I hope Misia fixed the sliding glass door to the lanai. It was very difficult to open and close. Despite this, I am giving the property 5 stars because it is such a beautiful house! We also enjoyed being in Naples!

This property is wonderful. It is spotless and as it appears in the photos. It was very comfortable for our winter getaway. So spacious and fully stocked. The owner is so gracious and thoughtful. We were welcomed by a lovely arrangement of fresh flowers to enjoy for the week. A basket of fresh fruits and delicious baked goods! We throughly enjoyed spending our time here and will seek this property out again next winter! Thank you for having such a great place !

Great house in a great location! 5 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to the beach! House was great for 3 couples or a family with kids! The owner, Misia, was extremely responsive to any concerns and very helpful with any of our questions. We would highly recommend her place and would rent again if we decide to come back to Naples!

We absolutely loved this house. Misia could not have been more accommodating to our needs. We have stayed in many VRBO properties but this one our favorite.

We had a great stay at the house. The neighbourhood is fantastic. Close to everything. The house is very clean and comfortable. We are booking to come back!

We really enjoyed our time at Misia’s home. Everything we needed was on hand, both in terms of supplies for around the house (cooking, cleaning, etc.) as well as for the beach (chairs, coolers, towels). Having a private pool in the backyard was a real convenience, and having it heated may it all the more appealing in December. Misia was a gracious hostess and provided a number a little touches that made our stay special (the flowers and cookies, as well as the holiday decorations, really made us feel appreciated). The home was very clean, roomy and well furnished, providing a really comfortable stay for our family. Definitely a 5-star experience, one we will hope to repeat again in the future. Highly recommend.
