As I wrote in a text to our host, "We just arrived and it's absolutely charming and wonderful! Thank you to whoever set it up so well and left the lights and fan on for us." The property was well-maintained, the pool was lovely, and the washer/dryer room on site helped us very much. It was a fantastic location for our family to stay while we were in town for a family wedding. We were walking distance to many Old Naples shops & restaurants, but it was also easy to drive wedding events. Highly recommended!

Property was great, clean and met all our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was as described. It is not a large space, but when in Naples, you aren't going to be staying indoors! I will say that the other reviews were accurate about the pillows. They do need some updating, and the king bed needs an updated pillow topper, but all in all ,I would stay here again. The location COULD NOT BE BETTER!!! The staff is very helpful and kind. We appreciated having beach gear provided by the condo.

Location is exellent, close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well decorated. It has everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas... etc. The second bedroom would be better for kids, not for adults. Our daughter used the room, and she is 28. The two beds there were so tiny. The second bathroom was very small as well. The bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable for us, something with the mattress was not ok. We are not big tv lovers, but the remote control did not change the chanels in the main room. I loved the swimming pool and it's size. Overall our stay was good. We love Naples and will be back again.

We had an exceptional stay in Old Naples. The condo was perfect and couldn’t be in a better location. We’ll be back.

I brought my teenage daughter and her friend to Naples for their spring break and the Naples Mariner couldn’t have been better. The location was perfect - across the street from the beautiful beach and pier and one block away from a beautiful downtown area. So many cute restaurants and shops (Tony’s Off 3rd was our favorite breakfast spot). The condo was spacious for the 3 of us and was very clean and inviting. It had a cute beach theme. The owner made us feel welcome and was always available to answer our questions. Thank you for making our spring break 2022 so memorable. We will definitely come back!

We couldn’t have been happier with the location. It was very close to the beach and the the town. We hardly used our car. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The lovely pool was an added bonus.

Cute little beachy condo, nicely renovated and very clean. Prime location across the street from the beach. Also walkable to Olde Naples restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!
