This place was incredible! The attention to detail of things people may need! They had phone chargers, all you need in a kitchen, bathrooms had all the supplies you would need, this place was amazing!! The level of detail was impressive! The curtain holders was a small but big detail that stood out to me!! I loved this unit, so clean and definitely would stay in it again! The hosts responded so fast and were very helpful!

This was exactly like the listing and super clean. Wonderfully quiet location.

Beautiful home

I recommend that the property owner looks at the following before other renters go in to the condo (apologies if these have already been reported by the cleaners and/or previous renters); - The lights that are above the sink unit in the Master en-suite bathroom need checking - 2 of them flashed on and off during the stay (and/or the related wiring needs checked). - We went to turn on the main lights in the Master bedroom with the chain and the chain immediately came away. It needs better securing with pliers or something similar. - The Air Conditioning will need checking - a filter change notification came up on the Nest in the hallway towards (as I recall) the end of the first week/the early part of the 2nd week that we were there. - The lock on the sliding door to the lanai did not work. I appreciate that this is a 2nd floor unit but is something worth getting fixed for security/safety of valuables. - I noted that there are some marks on the wall where one of the chairs (at the end of the table in the main room) has rubbed up against it. The owner may want to consider if some painting is required aside of what has been stuck on that area of the wall already to try and protect it.

Easy to rent

We had originally booked the condo for Christmas time but had to re-schedule due to the family getting COVID. Dmitry was very flexible in allowing us to change our stay to June. The condo is wonderful - clean, updated, and has plenty of room for a family of 5. One of the best things was they had EVERYTHING you need! Beach towels, beach bag, coolers, golf clubs, boogie boards, even kid life jackets if you have little ones! It was so nice to travel and not have to worry about dragging a bunch of things along vs. going without. A nice perk was golf was included in our June visit, a huge value! We played the Mustang course and really enjoyed it. Challenging but you can still score well. You can walk to the course and clubhouse. If you get an early tee time, you can be off the course before it gets too hot. We enjoyed having a cocktail and lunch at Sam Sneads after our morning round then heading to the pool for a dip and nap before dinner out -- perfection! Vacation doesn't get any better! Dimitry provided so many great recommendations - my only regret is we didn't have more time there. Also, when we checked in, there was a tropical depression and it rained literally ALL DAY so our tee times were canceled. Dimitry was flexible allowing us to check in early so we didn't have to spend a day waiting in the rain- thank you so much! The convenience of the code lock was also a huge plus - not having to drag a key around and dig for it in your bag going in and out. It was a great value for what we paid. We considered renting a house for more $ but noting you spend most of your time outside, the condo really was a perfect size. We will be back again - thank you, Dmitry! You are an awesome host!

Let me start by saying that this property is exactly as described. It’s beautifully decorated and was by far the cleanest property we have ever rented. The condo has everything you need for a trip to the pool or beach. The kitchen is fully loaded and the bed is the Master is super comfortable. We had a small leak under the sink and communication with the manager was excellent. Problem was fixed in less than 24 hours. We have stayed in Greenlinks previously and this property is the best one there. I look forward to renting this condo again and again.
