We were very pleased with our stay at the Park Shore property. The host was quick to respond to messages and even texted with us. The property itself is lovely. The host has no control over this but it is a shame that the exterior paint is institutional grey. Because once you are in the unit itself and then the courtyard/pool area the color explodes.
The entire inner area is lush with plants and trees, ducks, etc. there is a mote, pool, restaurant and bar, and a walking path. All the balconies are neat and well kept.
Our unit was great. It was clear that our host put a lot of thought into preparing for guests. There were pool toys, beach chair, beach/pool towels and even a cooler and cold packs in the freezer. There was ample seating for the four of us to include a comfy couch. While the bathrooms were a little dated they were very clean and well kept. The kitchen had what we needed. Being able to cook a few meals kept us from having to eat out so much. The decor was also nice. It wasn’t a lot but the small touches made the unit feel unique vs staying at a hotel.
The unit is located close to everything. The beach is just a few blocks away (driving distance) and there is a Publix grocery store walking distance. Within a mile is a Starbucks/McDonalds and more restaurants than you can count. A mall is also within 5-7 miles.
We were there in July so the traffic was non-existent. Even in old town Naples it wasn’t very crowded.
