Excelente propiedad, todo muy limpio y bien equipado con todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Tuve mala suerte porque llovio los dias que fui, pero aun asi pude disfrutar de la psicina y relajarme en esos dias. Tuve la oportunidad de ver defines en la tarde. La vista desde el patio es hermosa. Lo unico que me falto fue mi duchita de toilet que el tipo de llave que tienen en el lavamanos no me dejo instalar la mia, fue lo unico que extrane de mi casa, pero a decir verdad es una peticion muy personal. Con lo que hay es suficiente para que cualquier persona se sienta satisfecho y Feliz.

We had a great time in this very well appointed home. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and deck. Small issues were handled promptly. The house is very clean and has everything you need to have a great vacation. We will definitely go back!

What a perfect house! Absolutely rent this wonderful property. The location is incredible. It’s very close to some good restaurants and a few minutes to Marco Island, with great shopping and dining. Naples is about 1/2 hour with everything you need. The house is very well stocked and extremely clean and comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out. The saltwater pool is fabulous. The dock and outdoor seating areas were great. We fish a lot, and caught 14 species off the dock and saw 7 others. There is some decent fishing gear at the house, but we always bring our own. We spotted dolphins almost everyday, and had a few within 10 feet of us. We did spot one manatee as well. Our host, Eve, was very nice and friendly and extremely attentive to anything we needed. We loved the area. We went out fishing on the wrecks with Captain Tyler and Marco Island Charters and caught lots of reef fish and some big snook, 26 inch was the best we landed. A bigger broke me off on the wreck. We then came inshore and caught a 32 inch redfish. Also, we went peacock bass fishing with Captain Mark Rogers and caught quite a few beautiful fish. We will definitely return here in the future. I love the area and the house! Do yourself a favor, and book this place!

My wife and I and our 3 kids 18, 15, 11 love the home so much. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to have an excellent vacation. We were given great suggestions for things to do and were to go. If you can afford it rent a boat for a couple of days and dock right at the home(gator boats was recommended by the owners and were a pleasure to deal with)The property manager was great, she called to checked on us through out the week and she was quick to responsed and correct a problem (the only problem) with the electric lock. The back dock and pool are just amazing. The sunrises were stunning and we saw dolphins everyday. My son and I had a great time fishing, we got snappers, reds, lady fish, and a couple sharks. Capri is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Marco Beach is only a ten minute drive away. When we plan to come to south west Florida again, this will be the place we will stay.

Newly remodeled, very clean and well appointed. New dock for fishing, relaxing or tying up the boat.

The house, location, view, and pool were perfect!! We saw baby dolphins doing flips out of the water. Lots of good fishing off the dock. Would love to go back!

My family stayed at the house for a week during spring break and had a wonderful time! We brought our boat and had plenty of dock space. We fished off the dock and saw more dolphins than we could count!

This might be the first vacation rental that is actually better in person than the photos! The house is very clean, everything looks brand new and it had all that we needed. We were surprised to see tons of dolphins swimming right off the dock just a few feet from us every day. It was like Seaworld but better! The pool was perfect for our group of 5, very warm and well maintained. Lots of little details that make a vacation easy like the washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen (no need to buy coffee filters!) and plenty of towels. Evelim was fantastic when we had one small issue with the door and recommended a beach for us as well. Tip: Check out Gypsy Island Cafe for dinner but make a recommendation now or you will have to put your name in early as it has a long wait. It’s right across the water from the home. We had such a great time staying at your property. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean, beautiful, and fun. We were able to catch fish off the dock, have dolphins swim right up to the dock, and endless hours of swimming in the pool. We loved the local community with fantastic restaurants that we were able to walk to, a marina that we rented a pontoon for the day, and local fresh fruit we could purchase close to the house. Thank you so much for a wonderful getaway for our family. We hope to be back again soon!

This home leaves nothing to be desired. Our group of moms and teenage daughters thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Isle of Capri. The home is on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. We watched dolphins play off the dock - even under the dock! The highlights of our trip was renting a boat in Naples and boating from Naples to the home, tying off on the dock to grab snacks and drinks for the ride back. There are three great restaurants within walking distance to grab dinner, drinks and apps. All have that island casual vibe. Marco Island and beaches are a 10-15 minute drive. The pool and dock are great places to relax and we spent a few of our days just enjoying the home itself. There were beach towels and coolers provided as well as paper towels, bath tissue, and the kitchen has many of the necessities such as plastic bags, coffee and pantry items. Overall, an excellent home and location and a place we would stay again.
